To support this change, he enlisted leaders from both materials technology and applied industry fields – creating a highly competent and broadly experienced management team. As a result, the entire E.V. Roberts organization is sharply focused on supporting customer processes through technical expertise, application excellence and relentless pursuit of unrivaled quality.

Lyndon Smith
President
As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry with over 30 years of experience in performance materials, including the management of global enterprises such as Henkel, Dexter and Valspar, Lyndon is considered an opinion-leader for applications of new performance materials. As part of his role at E.V. Roberts, he constantly collaborates with leading manufacturers to pioneer the adoption of new material technologies across various industry applications.

John Vogt
Vice President of Sales
John’s 18-plus years of multi-industry experience with material technology leaders, including General Electric Silicones, enable him to understand the dynamics for an expansive number of engineered applications. His extensive education, including a BS in Plastics Engineering and MBA from Pepperdine, synergizes with his multi-faceted technical exposure to help him effectively identify and integrate material solutions - adding exceptional value to our customers’ businesses.

Paula’s successful record of customer service innovation includes 20 years of multi-industry leadership in performance improvement and understanding the needs of customers. Her certification as an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems Auditor enables her to provide quality focused management of our customer service team and processes - proactively analyzing and improving our responsiveness to customer requests, needs and requirements.
